Passport & Visa
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. U.S. citizens may require an eVisa or electronic travel authorization for Kenya and Zanzibar/Tanzania. Entry requirements are subject to change, so travelers are responsible for verifying current requirements before departure.

Arrival Details
Please book your international flight to arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi, Kenya on the designated arrival date. Airport transfer details, hotel information, and additional arrival instructions will be provided prior to departure.
We recommend arriving as scheduled to ensure you don't miss any included group activities and welcome experiences. If you plan to arrive early or extend your stay, please notify us in advance so we can assist with recommendations and planning.
What is the physical intensity of this trip?
This trip is considered light to moderate activity. Travelers can expect walking during cultural tours, wildlife experiences, airport transfers, and sightseeing excursions. While some days may be more active than others, this is not an extreme adventure trip. Most experiences are relaxed and designed to allow you to enjoy the beauty, culture, and wildlife of Kenya and Zanzibar at a comfortable pace.
Are flights included in the package price?
No. International airfare is not included. The package price covers accommodations, transportation within the destination, selected meals, and the experiences listed in the itinerary.
To create a personalized and intimate experience, this trip is limited to 10 women.

Booking Requirements
To officially reserve your spot, a signed travel agreement contract is required with your deposit. Deposits will not be accepted or applied to a traveler’s spot until the travel agreement has been reviewed and signed by all required parties. Please note that all trips hosted by Journey with Nerissa are non-refundable. All payments, including deposits and monthly installments, are final once submitted.
